Mental Power

Good Afternoon, It is so good to be in a position to make a positive change in the public health industry, love it. Do you believe everyone has internal talent(s)? Not the sort of talent to sing and dance but the talent to effectively communicate with others, the talent to discover real-world problems and find a best practice to solve it, or the ability to recognize a weakness and instead of being intimidated you become educated, now that is a talent. As a public health practitioner, my talent is to look for scientific best practices to enhance the health of those who are at risk for health disparities (deaths). I never would have thought in a million years that I would be a social research scientist but God enabled me to climb the academic latter. Positive Workforce

Happy Wellness to Everyone, Today is going to be an awesome day filled with good positive energy. You know when I worked on someone else's clock, I was told that you only get promoted by people you know and not what you know. What do you believe? I personally believe it can go either way but for the majority its what you know. Check this out, people who educate themselves daily in efforts to increase their productivity on the job and bring new skills sets to the market place will most likely save the company money and time in the long run. Get involved in your progress, do not become complacent, enlarge your knowledge and build on it. I do not care if you are the housekeeper learn the cleaning solutions, find out the best safe practices in that area that will keep everyone safe, or take a push assignment (extra duty) and discover new products that will get the job done at a cheaper price. Do not be afraid to teach other employees along the way on how to perform their j
