The Total Package of my Integral Health

In my life yall there are so many roads that I have taken that are good and some have been very bumpy but I thank God for those bumps in the road because it has made me the person that I am.  I learn from alot of events in my life that now wished that I could change for the better but you can only prevent history from repeating itself.  I can actually say that I have not had a cold heart but after being hurt and put down it takes a toll on your will and emotions. I looked at the course and the course objectives for this course and I have to admit I am more able to look at life a little more differently.  I am able to handle life's event with freedom instead of this big caution sign.  I thought about this assignment pretty hard and I really was able to look at my patient population in a different way.  I am able to assess the patients spiritual health as well as their physical health in order to make a good diagnosis.  I have assessed my progress in that class and from the scale o

My final Project of Integral Health. Naturopathic Doctor.

Introduction It is important for the practitioner to know his/her craft in order to provide the patient with the best care.   There are practitioners that believe that it is best to provide all natural remedies and sometime that may not be the case in question.   In naturopathy, when assessing a client it is best to ask questions that pin points the problem.   The question and the treatment need to be as simple as in can get according to their understanding and education. We have to put the patient first because that is how we are able to stay in business and with the right remedies, you have a patient that is satisfied and able to tell others of your work and more patients will come.   There are many areas of my life that needs work. Since being here at Kaplan University and practicing natural medicine. I am still in the beginning stages of knowing my craft and how to apply that art

Personal Journey

When I was assigned this exercise assignment i was not to trilled.  I really had no words for the audience in reference to my personal life.  I am in the public eye on a daily bases and wanted to prove a part of me as civil as I can be with respect to Kaplan University.   I took a shot at being open and relaxed when providing information to the public about how I feel about my life both past and present.  I have the most wonderful classmates that also helped me to realize that they are human also and able to make themselves varniable to heal from past and present hurts. I read the class assignment and realized that out of all of the sessions that we have had loving-kindness is the biggest one on my list.  As a Health care Administrator, I am emotionally comforting the patients and families during a trail in their lives.  In my career I use to think it is me that will keep a level head and not realizing that I too have feeling that needed to be addressed in order to help the patients

Mediation Exercises

Good Evening and Welcome again to PCDI Healthcare Blog on mmeditation.  I want to describe what meditation is in a sense.  Meditation is a vase space of pure silence and concentration between you and your higher power.  It is focusing on the better part of your existence and getting rid of all negative activity.  meditation is your own free space and all the activity that goes on there is all hidden from the outside world.  This is a change to get rid of all the baggage and thrown away all things that have bothered you today. Ladies and gentlemen you have the power in your meditation time make your place a happy place, a place of harmony and tranquility, a place where all hurt, anger, and frustration will stop.  So let yourself go and breath away all fear.  That exercise is one that I am able to do everyday before starting my day.  Meditation not only will build yourself esteem through out time but will make you aware of your feelings towards other during the interaction of the day.

My Integral Assessment

During this weeks assignment, We are giving an inside revelation of our lives to the public regarding our assessment of how we view ourselves as a human being.  In our textbook Integral Health, The Path to Human Flourshing it talks about taking our past experience, our goals, and relationships with other people and make the moments positive instead of negative.   This textbook is a real eye opener to ourselves and the perception that other see in us.  It is essential that we fix our emotions, improve our physical state of health, and our prayer lives in order to direct other to live such a life that promotes a healthy lifestyle. After reading several chapter, I being to imagine how I was and what I can become as a son, an administrator and businessman, and a child of God.  How can I improve my relationship with other people? I would say that the areas that I will need to work on is organization skills and a positive outlook.  I am the type of person that will go to bat for other peo
