Did you know grapes are a good way in treating high blood pressure, constipation, and may even prevent heart disease. This is how it goes. Grape actually lowers the patients cholesterol (LDL) and help the vessels walls from becoming weak and damaged. The fiber (bulk) will increase stool to prevent cancer, diverticulitis, and other digestive disorders (with a good clean bowel your breath will even smell nice. Most people that have bad breath do not eliminate enough time during the day causing halitosis (bad breath). So go and by fresh fruit instead of cake and cookies.
