Grape actually lowers the patients cholesterol (LDL) and help the vessels walls from becoming weak and damaged. The fiber (bulk) will increase stool to prevent cancer, diverticulitis, and other digestive disorders (with a good clean bowel your breath will even smell nice. I really feel that the physical, spiritual, and mental aspects of a person are one. There is no one person that can live without one of these points in life.
