Good Morning PCDI Health care Family,

Today was one of the most interesting days of my life. As a Health care Administrator, I see many people that are hurting and that can be quit mean to other people based upon their present employment.  I disturbed me to know that because a person has a service job such as a waiter, flight attendant, janitor, etc. These jobs can be perceived as less important than a CEO, doctor, or lawyer.  Most people don't realize that the service personnel is what makes the business run.  There must be mutual respect among all departments and customers.

I wonder should we downgrade their feelings just because the person chooses to be in a professor that services people. No, we should embarrass a person choice to perform a career that they are comfortable with.  I would like for people to understand the person(s) that are in the helping professions and be glad that someone is doing the public a service by offering a smile and a kind word. Take care and be in good health.

Coping Skills and Stimulating Conversation

Happy Wellness to Everyone out there in Cyberland, Today is a day of rest for me and I need it. I am going to put somethings to the side for today and just mediate on good music as a coping skill. Have you ever just had a lot to do with super tight deadlines? Well folks that's me. Those that know me, know that I am a workaholic anyway, but today I am going to practice what I preach today. On the flip side, I was able to join in a stimulating conversation with a group of senior citizens at the Starbucks coffee shop about the upbringing of tomorrows generation. The subject was about children who panhandle to raise money for football and basketball activities. The seniors felt that the kids will become disadvantaged and become panhandlers in the future when times get tough. What do you think about it? Take care and be in good health.

My Integral Assessment

During this weeks assignment, We are giving an inside revelation of our lives to the public regarding our assessment of how we view ourselves as a human being.  In our textbook Integral Health, The Path to Human Flourshing it talks about taking our past experience, our goals, and relationships with other people and make the moments positive instead of negative.   This textbook is a real eye opener to ourselves and the perception that other see in us.  It is essential that we fix our emotions, improve our physical state of health, and our prayer lives in order to direct other to live such a life that promotes a healthy lifestyle. After reading several chapter, I being to imagine how I was and what I can become as a son, an administrator and businessman, and a child of God.  How can I improve my relationship with other people? I would say that the areas that I will need to work on is organization skills and a positive outlook.  I am the...

The Healing Power of Flowers

Happy Wellness to Everyone, Did you know that flowers can promote healing. Flowers can filter the air especially when someone is ill, flowers may add a good aesthetic feel to the room to welcome peaceful energy, and flowers can even promote healing through the senses of the nostrils (aroma therapy). Flowers may also lower blood pressure, stress, and other chronic pathological diseases. I person ally enjoy flowers and enjoy having them around. Yes, I have other plants and I do talk to them. Call it strange but my plants live longer and they grow. Plants and flower do have the ability to feel happy, cry, and scream/warn other plants around them. Let you plants know what you are going to do and that you care. Try having flowers on your home. Take care and be in good health
