The Healing Power of Flowers

Happy Wellness to Everyone,

Did you know that flowers can promote healing. Flowers can filter the air especially when someone is ill, flowers may add a good aesthetic feel to the room to welcome peaceful energy, and flowers can even promote healing through the senses of the nostrils (aroma therapy). Flowers may also lower blood pressure, stress, and other chronic pathological diseases. I personally enjoy flowers and enjoy having them around. Yes, I have other plants and I do talk to them. Call it strange but my plants live longer and they grow. Plants and flower do have the ability to feel happy, cry, and scream/warn other plants around them. Let you plants know what you are going to do and that you care. Try having flowers on your home. Take care and be in good health

The Sudtle Mind

Take and deep breath and let it out very slowly now open your eyes and ask yourself how do I feel?  Breathing, we take it for granted every time we take in a deep breath.  We tend to not think about it until we are no longer able to do it on our own.  Breathing is an essential part of our relaxation and calmness in our everyday lives, we are not just aware of it.  Breathing is the focal point of our health and wellness and in other activities such as mediation, yoga, and prayer.  I really feel that the physical, spiritual, and mental aspects of a person are one.  There is no one person that can live without one of these points in life.  I believe as a caregiver and administrator that if a patient lacks a positive attitude and holds frustration, anger, and unforgiveness the patient will present with sickness and disease. In the CD from Integral Health, The Path to Human Flourishing written by E. Dacher, focuses on breathing and letting of all the tr...

Have you ever asked yourself could my health get better? or how can I improve my life?  I am guilty of asking myself these questions over and over daily.  Most consumers believe that if something is wrong with me then there must be a pill or tonic to cure it.  In some cases there may not be such a quick cure to our problems.  I took those questions and with the help of my instructor, I being to think about rating my current status both physically, mentally, and most important spiritually.  I want you as the audience to do the same too.  By sitting in a quite room and with a honest opinion look at your current status and rate it from 1 to 10 (1=terrible - 10 best).  I rate myself current health status as a 8 because of the common cold, stress of running a company, and family.  These many also be hidden stressors for you also.  I have acknowledged the fact that somethings in my life also needs work just as any human on the face of the eart...
