Life's Canvas

Good morning, I'm up pretty early and I'm super excited to be in the place where I am in life. My motto is "life is a blank canvas and you hold the brush." The choice in color, dynamic of scenery, and how big you want your canvas to be is all left up to you. For those that didn't get the picture, think about your life and paint a picture of where you want to be. We can't live the dark past (it happens to the best of us) rise higher and never perceive yourself to be a product of your surrounding. You are better than that. When you think that you can't paint anymore, just know that your higher power will give you the strength needed to finish life's course strong. Take care and be in good health.

The Total Package of my Integral Health

In my life yall there are so many roads that I have taken that are good and some have been very bumpy but I thank God for those bumps in the road because it has made me the person that I am.  I learn from alot of events in my life that now wished that I could change for the better but you can only prevent history from repeating itself.  I can actually say that I have not had a cold heart but after being hurt and put down it takes a toll on your will and emotions. Positive Workforce

Happy Wellness to Everyone, Today is going to be an awesome day filled with good positive energy. You know when I worked on someone else's clock, I was told that you only get promoted by people you know and not what you know. What do you believe? I personally believe it can go either way but for the majority its what you know. Check this out, people who educate themselves daily in efforts to increase their productivity on the job and bring new skills sets to the market place will most likely save the company money and time in the long run. Get involved in your progress, do not become complacent, enlarge your knowledge and build on it. I do not care if you are the housekeeper learn the cleaning solutions, find out the best safe practices in that area that will keep everyone safe, or take a push assignment (extra duty) and discover new products that will get the job done at a cheaper price. Do not be afraid to teach other employees along the way on how to perform their j...
